Lovely, old table lamp with special 5-panelled shade. These European lithophane panels are an historical method of intaglio designs on thin, translucent porcelain, to allow light coming through it to produce wonderful painted scenes. All original patina and condition; (one panel was cracked and repaired; the old glue does show; we will re-glue this to make the seam mostly disappear). LITHOPHANES ARE BEING MADE TODAY.
