FULLY COMPLETED AS TABLE LAMP. Satin pale yellow green (celadon-like) background, with exquisitely executed design in gold lining and subtle silver webbing, with hand-painted white and red flowers, all formally stylized. The glass is lead crystal, making vase-like table lamp bases. SILK SHADE INCLUDED.
PROVENANCE:
"STAR CRYSTAL", hand-painted; W.Germany, US Zone, post WWII - extremely fine workmanship - True artistry at work in these factories of post WWII reconstruction era. [group SC-1]
