PUT ITEM ON HOLD - get an IMMEDIATE 10 DAY HOLD on the item for you to explore it further. This is a NO WORRY, RISK-FREE way to become sure of OR eliminate an item you are examining with us. You put 10% down ($50.00 minimum) to begin it. After a minimum of TEN DAYS, if you do not want to explore it further, you receive an AUTOMATIC FULL REFUND.
 
PURCHASE RISK-FREE - You buy the item outright, with payment in full. It is still RISK-FREE, because we NEVER prepare or send any item to you WITHOUT FURTHER CONFIRMATION. That way, you can still explore questions, options, and any details you need with us. PLUS, because we have such an outstanding RETURN POLICY, you may STILL CANCEL AT ANYTIME prior to us sending you the item, and receive a FULL REFUND.

  • You may switch to other items with ease (as we do with our customers here). Deposits can accumulate and move around AS YOU NEED.
  • You may use your deposit funds "on account" if you are working things into a project, or as store credit, to gain even more time to try things with us.
  • We want to help you choose correctly and avoid time-consuming mistakes. WE WILL GIVE YOU PERSONAL ATTENTION IN DOING THIS, to try and "get it right" for you!
HOME TRIAL - At anytime you may pick-up an item and try it in your space (this requires payment in full), RISK-FREE, in accordance with our FULL-RETURN POLICY

SHIPMENT - At any time, you may OK the shipment of your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Once your fixture is packed and shipped, you incur ALL shipping and handling charges, and are responsible for that item's care if returned to us (you may also be assessed a re-stocking fee - see details under "STORE POLICY"). If you return an item that you purchased during a "free shipping" promotion, you will be charged for all the original shipping and handling costs incurred by us.
